Cultural Mediators workshops on climate change and territorial management,
this booklet was created to support the work of
teachers in the indigenous schools of the Kwazá people of the São Pedro River.
The contents of this booklet seek to help children understand the dynamics related to climate change, the
importance of the forests and the rights of indigenous peoples.
Based on the appreciation of traditional knowledge of
the Kwazá Aikanã people, the main objective of this
material and the training process is to prepare the
new generations for sustainable management
of their lands.
